Petroleum VCF Plus app for iPhone and iPad

This app provides volume and/or densities changes calculations due to temperature and pressure changes. Calculations are for Crude Oil, Refined Products, Lube Oils, LPG/NGL and Specialized products. Refined Products include gasolines, alkylate, naphtha, jet fuel, kerosene, diesel. Minimum data requirements are: Density (API, S.G. or kg/m3), temperature (°F) at which density was measured and pressure (PSI). A volume is not required, but if entered, the corrected volume will be calculated. The volume measurement conditions need be indicated: either at (1) the density temperature and pressure or (2) at the Alternate temperature and pressure. Volume units of measure are not required. The latest case performed is saved and can be recalled from memory. Base conditions are 60°F and 0 PSI . Based on API published correlations. Run ten cases guiven a range and display the results in a table and graph format. The graph shows the equation and the linear correlation coefficient. Individual cases can be saved to a text file that can be exported. Tables can be created for Volume Correction Factors (CVF) and stored as a comma separated values (CSV) or Excel files. The tables can be exported to the phones file system or by email.
